Overview

This one day programme adds a new perspective to the usual time management training courses by including a module focused on assessing communication style and building assertiveness skills.

It is often one’s ability or lack of ability to say ‘No’ that acts as a barrier to effective time and task management.

At the end of this programme participants will have learned skills in relation to organising work load and tasks and will understand how to express their opinion in a confident, respectful and assertive manner.
